At Sell Well 2025, Michel Privé, Founder of SLIC Texas, delivered a powerful session on one of the most critical challenges business owners face: building a sales team that performs.

His presentation, “Scaling Your Sales Team: Hiring Them Right the First Time,” provided CEOs and business leaders with a practical framework to avoid costly hiring mistakes and set their organizations up for sustainable growth. Attendees also had a hands-on experience, working through a real-world scenario and exercise that demonstrated how the right process, structure, and evaluation tools can make hiring salespeople less of a gamble and more of a strategic approach.
