Owner of SLIC, powered by Sales Xceleration, Michel undertakes various responsibilities as a fractional VP of sales, including sales team management, building or fixing the sales infrastructure, prospect targeting, recruitment, and revenue increase.
His accomplishments include driving double-digit profitable growth at Teledyne Marine and before at Matrix Technology's aerospace and defense markets while running his engineering firm IASI.
Before Joining Matrix Technology, Michel worked at Raychem (Now TE Connectivity). He successfully built his career internationally in France, India, Canada, and the UK, from design engineering to global sales leadership roles.
His expertise spans industries like aerospace, defense, industrial, marine, and energy, where he has led teams through economic fluctuations and ERP/CRM implementations.
His comprehensive understanding of sales channels stems from working with OEMs, manufacturing reps, and distributors.
He also holds a mechanical engineering degree and certifications in finance, public speaking, management, and professional sales training.
